The idea of getting hot and bothered when the sofa looks so inviting may really put you off, but don’t be! A Tai Chi workout DVD is low-impact exercise, that is almost relaxing to do. It can help you focus your mind and slow your thinking down so that you can take your mind out of your office and onto yourself.

By sitting down and taking a breath and slowing your heart rate, you can disconnect from everything around you and enjoy a little peace and quiet.
