Invest in a De-Humidifier. Molds and Dust Mites love a humid area. Keeping your home cool really helps with Congestion. Keeping your home at 65-68 degrees is optimal for easing Allergy Symptoms.

Be sure to shower or bathe when you come in the house and discarding your clothes in a closed environment such as a bag or laundry basket with a tight lid. Pollen sticks to your clothes and skin.
