Moreover, the silica and sulfur content in rosemary is effective in treating hair loss. Rosemary helps to increase circulation to your scalp and unclog the blocked hair follicles. Mix 2 drops of rosemary oil in 2 tablespoons of olive, jojoba, almond, coconut oil. Then, apply it to your hair and give your hair a gentle massage. Now, let it sit on for at least 30 minutes before shampooing your hair.

You may also use rosemary water to rinse your hair as a final step. To make it, steep 2 or 3 rosemary sprigs in 2 cups of boiling water for about 5 minutes. For the dried rosemary, take a handful of this and boil it in water. Next, let it cool and strain the infusion. Finally, wash your hair with this solution after shampooing.

Follow both these effective remedies a few times per week.

2. Eggs

Eggs are rich in protein that is essential for your hair. Therefore, they are very useful in promoting your hair growth.


Whisk 2 egg yolks and then mix it with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Next, apply the mixture to your scalp and keep it on for about 15 minutes. After that, rinse it off with cold water. Finally, shampoo your hair.

Or, mix 1 egg, 1/4 cup of plain yogurt, and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise in a cleaned blender. Next, apply this hair mask to your hair and cover it with a cap. After that, leave it on for 30 minutes before washing it off.

3. Lemon Juice

As you know, lemons are high in folic acid, vitamin C and B vitamins, and other nutrients. In addition, they are packed with natural antioxidants. Apart from hair growth, lemon juice helps to give you a smooth and dandruff-free hair. When used on your scalp, it promotes circulation and thus prevents hair loss. Avoid using lemon juice in excess because it may lighten the natural color of your hair over time.



Firstly, mix 1 part of lemon juice and 2 parts of coconut oil. Then, apply this to your hair and keep it on for at least 30 minutes. After that, wash it off and then shampoo the hair with your regular shampoo. Repeat this way for once or twice per week.

4. Fenugreek

Take one cup of fenugreek seeds and soak them in water for about four hours or overnight. Then, take them out and grind them to make a paste. 5. Coconut Milk

Use coconut milk to massage your scalp, leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with clean water. Do this way 2 to 4 times per month.

Or, apply a mixture of 1/4 cup of coconut milk, 1/4 cup of wheat germ oil, and 1/4 cup of aloe vera gel. Then, rinse your hair after waiting 20 minutes.

Another option, mix coconut milk, avocado pulp, honey, and olive oil to create a nourishing hair mask.

6. Hot Oil Treatment And Massage

Five minutes of massaging the scalp daily aids in improving circulation that will stimulate hair growth. Simply, gently rub your fingertips on the scalp in circular motions to open the blood vessels and raise the blood flow.

You may also combine massaging the scalp with a great hot oil treatment 1 or 2 times per week. Heat coconut or olive oil by using a microwave and then use it to massage your scalp. 8. Indian Gooseberry

To deal with hair loss, you may apply coconut oil that is infused with Indian gooseberry to promote hair growth. In addition, it also helps greatly to treat premature graying.

Heat coconut oil in a cleaned pan and then cook dried Indian gooseberry in it till it is charred. Then, strain and let the oil cool. Now, use it to massage your hair & scalp. Or, you can apply a combination of 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of dried Indian gooseberry.

You may also mix it with the juices of other vegetables, including cucumbers, coriander, carrots, or lettuce. For instance, you can make a healthy drink by mixing together half a cucumber, half a beet, and five carrots. Then, strain this juice, if needed, and consume it.
