Be careful of your Vitamin Supplements. Many contain added ingredients that are hard to tolerate such as Lactose and Wheat additives. Another ingredient to be wary of is Xylitol. This is a Sugar Alcohol and digests very slowly. You want to look for Supplements with few ingredients.
